The reason for the excess achievement of UPPS/PS performance is because
1. Policies are available starting from the University and Faculty Level.
2. Quality assurance has been implemented in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.
3. The findings have been discussed at the RTM and RTL, presented and approved by the Faculty.
4. The Master of Basic Education study program has lecturers who are active in various activities at the university level, both nationally and internationally, so that the study program is always updated with information developments.
5. All lecturers who teach have PhD education
6. All lecturers have exceeded the performance requirements for research and publication.

The causes of weaknesses in achieving UPPS/PS performance are because, namely
1. Administrative staff is only available at department level, while administrative work is also available at study program level, but in the master's program there are 2 staff who work in postgraduate study programs.
2. Quality assurance has been carried out regularly, but better scheduling needs to be made to suit students' lecture periods, this is because the auditors have certificates and their teaching duties are very busy so the audit time has to be rescheduled.
3. The transition of the promotion system from offline to online and the new policy for professors are the causes of lecturers being late in taking up professorships even though in terms of publication requirements they have been fully fulfilled.
4. Not all lecturers are active abroad because networking still needs to be improved.

Strategies to overcome PS weaknesses are:
1. Improving the quality of the academic system such as using satu.unri.ac.id
2. Increase staff competency in supporting performance
3. Develop monitoring instruments for the tri dharma at the study program level.
4. Providing outreach to lecturers regarding the regulations and processes of Sister's integrated PAK.
5. Supporting lecturers to carry out activities abroad begins with following up on existing MoUs.
